For this delicious cocktail, we mix Nelson's Gold® Caramelised Vodka with apple for a sweet autumnal flavour combo, and then bourbon seemed like a natural bedfellow to tie these ingredients together in one cocktail.

This riff on a White Russian adds caramel and almond flavour together for a sweeter-styled drink that tastes like a satisfyingly complex Baileys.

Caramel has such a natural home with Bourbon, so we made this quick caramel-flavoured Old Fashioned that is deliciously sweet, but still punchy.
