Wild Knight® Ultra-Premium English Vodka

Made from the finest barley grown in East Anglia, England. Distilled in copper alembic stills with reflux columns to create an exceptionally smooth flavour profile. A varietal vodka with the flavour and aroma of the barley still present.
Tasting notes: Soft on the palate, vanilla on the nose. Notes of hazelnut and chocolate. Discerning vodka lovers revel in the long, ultra-smooth finish. Liquid silk is our favourite description.
Perfect Serve: Straight up over ice.
Signature Drink: Makes the perfect Martini, and a stunning drink for the summer is a Wild Knight Mojito, where the addition of fresh lime and gomme syrup enhances and preserves the authenticity of the delicate flavours in the vodka.

Boadicea® Gin 'Classic'

Botanicals are vapour infused in our copper still to create an ultra-smooth London dry gin.
Botanicals: Include juniper, coriander, nettle, citrus and thyme.
Tasting notes: Herby citrus notes come through with the sweetness from the nettles first, then a nice punch of juniper with the spice coming through at the end.
Perfect Serve:
Very smooth and great to sip neat, or with just a splash of elderflower tonic.
