Ingredients

50ml Nelson’s Gold Caramel Liqueur
100ml Pineapple Juice
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
50ml Soda Water
Ice
Pineapple slice & Mint sprig garnish

Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour in Nelson’s Gold, pineapple juice and lime juice.
Stir gently to mix.
Top up with soda water.
Garnish with a pineapple slice and a sprig of mint.
