Nelson's Gold® Caramel Pineapple Fizz
This light, fruity, refreshing cocktail is delicious on a hot, Summer day with the combination of tropical sweetness from the pineapple and rich caramel notes from Nelson's Gold, topped off with a sparkle of soda water.
Ingredients
- 50ml Nelson’s Gold Caramel Liqueur
- 100ml Pineapple Juice
- 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 50ml Soda Water
- Ice
- Pineapple slice & Mint sprig garnish
Directions
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour in Nelson’s Gold, pineapple juice and lime juice.
- Stir gently to mix.
- Top up with soda water.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and a sprig of mint.
