A fresh, floral highball, inspired by VE Day toasts.
Ingredients
50ml Boadicea Gin Classic
25ml Elderflower Cordial
5ml Lemon Juice
Soda Water
Method
Fill a highball with ice.
Add the gin, elderflower cordial and lemon juice.
Stir gently to mix.
Top up with soda water.
Garnish with cucumber and mint.
