Wild Knight® - Silver Bay

A smoky hot toddy sweetened with the Nelson’s Gold.
Ingredients
40ml Single Malt Scotch Whisky
20ml Nelson's Gold® Caramel Vodka
5ml Lemon Juice
1 dash Barrel-Aged Bitters
90ml Boiling Water
Method
Pour the first four ingredients in a pre-warmed glass and then top up with the boiling water.
Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
