Adapted from a recipe by Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty, itself a modern take (made using nitrous oxide and a sous-vide) on the classic Huckle-My-Butt, first published in 1941.
1 Egg Yolk
150ml Porter Beer
20ml Nelson's Gold® Caramelised Vodka
10ml Gingerbread Syrup
Slowly blend all ingredients together and then gently warm the mixture in a saucepan while whisking.
Pour into a tempered glass and dust with grated nutmeg.
