Nelson’s Comfort riff
To celebrate Trafalgar Day - the anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar- this is a riff on a Sailor’s Comfort, mixing caramel flavour with berry sweetness and citrus.

Ingredients
- 30ml Nelson's Gold® Caramel Vodka
- 30ml Sloe Gin
- 30ml Lime Cordial
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Soda Water
Directions
- Shake the first four ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass over more ice.
- Top with the soda water and garnish with a lime wedge.
