To celebrate Trafalgar Day - the anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar- this is a riff on a Sailor’s Comfort, mixing caramel flavour with berry sweetness and citrus.
Ingredients
30ml Nelson's Gold® Caramel Vodka
30ml Sloe Gin
30ml Lime Cordial
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Soda Water
Method
Shake the first four ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass over more ice.
Top with the soda water and garnish with a lime wedge.
