Boadicea Gin® - Rosa: A Promising Lady Cocktail

This is a riff on a Pink Lady, but we’ve added kumquat liqueur, to make it a really special cocktail. Thanks to Matt @cocktailchap for this delicious serve.

Ingredients

50ml Boadicea® Gin - Rosa
12ml Lemon Juice
12ml Kumquat Liqueur
12ml Sugar Syrup
1 tsp Grenadine

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a pink and white striped straw.
