A delicious Coco Knight Cocktail, combining Wild Knight English Vodka & Espresso Martini with Coke and Coconut Milk. Amazingly tasty!

Ingredients

25ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
25ml Wild Knight® Espresso Martini
Coke
Coconut Milk
Lime Wedge

Method

Add the Wild Knight® English Vodka and Wild Knight Espresso Martini to an ice-filled lowball glass.
Top up the glass with coke until it is ¾ full.
Stir hard for 30 seconds – not until the Coke is flat but so it mixes the 3 ingredients and takes the initial gas out of the Coke.
Slowly pour the coconut milk over the back of a spoon so it floats on top.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
