Ingredients

  • 2oz Boadicea® Gin Rosa
  • 3/4oz @aberdistillery Violet Liqueur
  • 3/4oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4oz Sugar Syrup
  • Prosecco

Methodology

1. Shake the first four ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe.
2. Top with the Prosecco.
3. Garnish with lemon peel.
