The perfect cocktail to celebrate St. David - the Patron Saint of Wales - on his Feast Day.
Ingredients
10-12 Raisins
25ml Boadicea Gin® - Classic
25ml Vanilla Liqueur
25ml Orange Juice
15ml Cointreau
Egg White
Method
Muddle the raisins with the gin in the bottom of the shaker.
Add the other ingredients and shake, first without ice and then again with ice.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with orange peel and more raisins.
