Wild Knight® - Espresso Martini - Jittery Pineapple
Tequila goes tiki in this tropical serve with a strong coffee flavour element.
Ingredients
45ml Tequila Añejo
45ml Pineapple Juice
22.5ml Wild Knight® Espresso Martini
22.5ml Lime Juice
15ml Amaro
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 barspoon Agave Syrup
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with pineapple fronds.
