Ingredients

  • 67.5ml Boadicea® Gin - Spiced
  • 22.5ml Aperol
  • 2 slices Cucumber

Method

  1. Muddle the cucumber with the Aperol in the bottom of a mixing glass.
  2. Then add the spiced gin and stir with ice.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass and add a lemon twist.
