Ingredients

  • 7.5ml Absinthe
  • 60ml Boadicea® Gin - Spiced
  • 30ml Banana Liqueur
  • 4 dashes Lemon Bitters
  • 1 dash Dark Creme De Cacao

Method

  1. Rinse a coupe glass with the absinthe and discard the excess.
  2. Stir the other ingredients with ice and strain into the coupe.
  3. Garnish with a star anise pod.
