Ingredients

  • 60ml Boadicea® Gin - Rosa
  • 22.5ml Pineapple Juice
  • 22.5ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Orgeat Syrup
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and open pour into a glass.
  2. Garnish with a mint bouquet and a Maraschino cherry.
