Ingredients

  • 37.5ml Cognac VSOP
  • 30ml Nelson’s Gold Caramelised Vodka
  • 30ml Tawny Port
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 7.5ml Sugar Syrup
  • 1 dash Chocolate Bitters

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe.
  2. No garnish
