Nelson's Gold® - Caramel Sidecar
A delicious caramel-flavoured variation on the classic 'Sidecar' cocktail that dates back to 1922.
Ingredients
37.5ml Cognac VSOP
30ml Nelson’s Gold Caramel Vodka
30ml Tawny Port
15ml Lime Juice
7.5ml Sugar Syrup
1 dash Chocolate Bitters
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe.
No garnish required.
