(Serves 6)

  • 12 cardamom pods
  • 6 tbsp Seville orange marmalade
  • 400ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
  • 125ml Cointreau
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice


  1. Melt the marmalade in a pan and then whisk in the vodka.
  2. Crush the cardamom pods until they split and then add them to the mix.
  3. Warm it through for a few minutes and then leave off the heat to cool and infuse.
  4. Strain and add the Cointreau and lemon juice.
  5. Chill in the freezer.
  6. To serve, add some more marmalade at the bottom of the glass, pour in the cocktail and float an extra cardamom pod on top.
