Boadicea® Gin - Rosa - Hibiscus Sour
Hibiscus is such a great floral flavour which pairs perfectly with the sweet notes in Boadicea® Gin - Rosa, so bringing them together in this sour template makes for a great taste.
Ingredients
- 60ml Boadicea® Gin Rosa
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Hibiscus Syrup
- Egg White
Directions
- Shake all ingredients first without ice and then again with ice.
- Strain over more ice in a rocks glass and garnish with dried hibiscus.
