Wild Knight® - Caramel Espresso Martiki
This tiki riff on an Espresso Martini is given extra funky notes with the addition of pineapple, and caramel flavours through Nelson's Gold® Caramel Vodka.
Ingredients
- 40ml Pineapple Rum
- 25ml Pineapple Juice
- 25ml Hot Espresso
- 15ml Nelsons Gold Caramel Vodka
- 15ml Orgeat Syrup
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with coffee beans.
