What better way to celebrate Boadicea Gin’s birthday than with Champagne! This Prohibition-era drink is a fun, fizzy riff on a 50-50 Dry Martini.
Ingredients
40ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
40ml Dry Vermouth
20ml Champagne
Method
Stir the Gin and Vermouth with ice and strain into a coupe.
Top up with the Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
