To mark the Henley Regatta, this floral-flavoured drink is a great summer sipper.

Ingredients
- 6 Mint Leaves
- 50ml Boadicea® Classic Gin
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Elderflower Cordial
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
Directions
- Muddle the Mint with the Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup.
- Then add the Gin and Cordial and shake with ice.
- Strain into a martini glass and garnish with more mint.
