To mark the Henley Regatta, this floral-flavoured drink is a great summer sipper.
Ingredients
6 Mint Leaves
50ml Boadicea® Classic Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Elderflower Cordial
5ml Sugar Syrup
Method
Muddle the Mint with the Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup.
Then add the Gin and Cordial and shake with ice.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with more mint.
