This delicious, sunset-coloured drink is a perfect way to celebrate summer solstice.
Ingredients
45ml Wild Knight® Vodka
45ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
30ml Aperol
45ml Tonic Water
10ml Mezcal
Method
Pour the first three ingredients into a highball glass and add ice.
Top up with the Tonic Water and then float the Mezcal on top.
Garnish with a Pink Grapefruit slice.
