To mark the first Trooping the Colour under our new King, here is a royally refreshing drink that balances the clean, crisp vodka with tart citrus and mellow bubbles.
Ingredients
30ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
30ml Elderflower Liqueur
10ml Grapefruit Juice
10ml Lemon Juice
10ml Lime Juice
30ml Champagne
Method
Shake the first five ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe.
Top with the Champagne. No garnish.
