To mark the first Trooping the Colour under our new King, here is a royally refreshing drink that balances the clean, crisp vodka with tart citrus and mellow bubbles.

Ingredients
- 30ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
- 30ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 10ml Grapefruit Juice
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Lime Juice
- 30ml Champagne
Directions
- Shake the first five ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe.
- Top with the Champagne. No garnish.
