For World Martini Day, here’s how to make a Dry Martini as per hotel bar The Connaught, famous for its impeccable Martini Service.

Ingredients
- 3 dashes Bitters
- 75ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
- 15ml Dry Vermouth
Directions
- Coat the inside of a chilled martini glass with the bitters.
- Then stir the Vodka and Vermouth with ice and strain into a glass.
- Express lemon peel over the top and drop it into the drink.
