For World Martini Day, here’s how to make a Dry Martini as per hotel bar The Connaught, famous for its impeccable Martini Service.
Ingredients
3 dashes Bitters
75ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
15ml Dry Vermouth
Method
Coat the inside of a chilled martini glass with the bitters.
Then stir the Vodka and Vermouth with ice and strain into a glass.
Express lemon peel over the top and drop it into the drink.
