Boadicea® Gin - Wimbledon Martini
To celebrate Wimbledon, here’s a Strawberries and Cream flavoured cocktail to enjoy with friends.

Ingredients
- 18-20 Strawberries, muddled
- 270ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
- 270ml Strawberry Liqueur
- 90ml Single Cream
- 60ml Sugar Syrup
Directions
- Muddle the Strawberries and then add the other ingredients.
- Stir thoroughly with ice and then strain through a sieve into a container to store in the fridge until serving.
- Serve in coupes with a strawberry garnish.
