To celebrate Wimbledon, here’s a Strawberries and Cream flavoured cocktail to enjoy with friends.
Ingredients
18-20 Strawberries, muddled
270ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
270ml Strawberry Liqueur
90ml Single Cream
60ml Sugar Syrup
Method
Muddle the Strawberries and then add the other ingredients.
Stir thoroughly with ice and then strain through a sieve into a container to store in the fridge until serving.
Serve in coupes with a strawberry garnish.
