Boadicea® Gin - Classic - Thyme Goes By
This simple, refreshing lemon fizz cocktail takes on a wonderful herbal flavour from the thyme.
Ingredients
1 sprig of Thyme
40ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
40ml Sugar Syrup
20ml Lemon Juice
Tonic Water
Method
Muddle the sprig of thyme in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and then add the gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice and shake with ice.
Fine strain into a short tumbler filled with more ice and top up with the tonic.
Garnish with another sprig of thyme.
