Ingredients

  • 45ml Aged Rum
  • 22.5ml Nelson’s Gold® Caramelised Vodka
  • 15ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 7.5ml Brown Creme De Cacao
  • 2.5ml Pedro Ximénez Sherry
  • 5 drops Chocolate Bitters

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Garnish with a piece of Raisin and Nut chocolate.
