60ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
- 22.5ml Sweet Vermouth
- 15ml Cynar
Cynar is an Italian bitter apéritif of the amaro variety. It is made from 13 herbs and plants, predominant among which is the artichoke (Cynara scolymus)
Method
- Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe.
- Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
