Ingredients
  • 45ml Boadicea® Gin - Rosa
  • 20ml Rhubarb Liqueur
  • 10ml Orgeat Syrup
  • 3 dashes Orange Bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Tonic Water

Method

  1. Stir the first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe.
  2. Top up with the tonic and then garnish with a dehydrated citrus wheel.
