The exquisite combination of Viognier and Wild Knight English vodka. Deliciously created by Paul Richardson and served in the Wheel Bar at the award-winning Tuddenham Mill, Suffolk using Wild Knight® Ultra-Premium English Vodka.

Food pairing
A delicious refreshing drink on its own but Tuddenham Mill serve with North Sea hake, St Jacques sauce, brown shrimps, lettuce.


25 ml of Wild Knight® English Vodka, chilled
125 ml Viognier white wine, chilled
Dash of elderflower
Lemon and lime slices


Add the vodka, white wine and elderflower to the glass and stir.
Garnish with lemon and lime slices.
Stir and serve.
