Deliciously created by mixologist Paul Richardson and served in the Wheel Bar at the award-winning Tuddenham Mill, Suffolk using Wild Knight® Ultra-Premium English Vodka.
25ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
25ml Calvados
1/2tsp demerara sugar
100ml apple juice
Add all the ingredients to a small pan and warm gently to dissolve the sugar.
Stir gently and serve in a rocks glass.
