Created at The Rosebery, Norwich, as a signature cocktail using Wild Knight® Ultra-Premium English Vodka to celebrate the launch of our Vodka.
Ingredients
50ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
Splash of Dry Vermouth
Olive to garnish
Method
Fill a metal shaker with cracked ice.
Pour in the dry vermouth (we prefer Mancino), stir briefly and strain out.
Add Wild Knight® English Vodka and stir briskly for about 10 seconds and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with an olive.
