Mint green and pomegranate red lend Christmas colours to a cocktail that already has lots of festive fruit and spice.
11% ABV approx., depending on volume of ginger beer used.
Ingredients
60ml Wild Knight® Vodka
60ml Clementine Juice
15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Ginger Beer
Method
Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain over a large block of ice in a rocks glass.
Top up with the Ginger Beer and garnish with Pomegranate rubies and a sprig of Mint.
