Wild Knight® Cola de Mono

This cocktail - whose name translates as ‘Tail of Monkey’ - is based on a traditional drink in Chile to be enjoyed specifically at Christmas.
Ingredients
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
60ml Barsol Pisco
30ml Wild Knight® Espresso Martini Liqueur
30ml Hot Espresso Coffee
Method
Muddle the Cinnamon Stick in the bottom of a shaker and then add the other ingredients and strain into a martini glass.
Sprinkle ground Cinnamon on top.
