A celebratory festive drink that’s perfect to serve at Crimbo parties and comes complete with a Maraschino Cherry at the bottom of the glass to represent Rudolph’s nose.
13% ABV approx., depending on the volume of champagne.
Ingredients
2 slices Root Ginger
20ml Wild Knight® Vodka
10ml Spicy Syrup
5ml Lemon Juice
Champagne
Method
Muddle the Ginger slices in the bottom of a shaker.
Then add the next three ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into a champagne flute and top up with champagne.
Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry in the bottom of the glass.
