• 25ml Overproof Rum
  • 7ml Triple Sec
  • 50ml Wild Knight Espresso Martini
  • 85ml Hot Espresso
  • Single Cream


  1. Sugar rim a tempered glass and add the rum and triple sec.
  2. Light the mixture and swirl the glass to caramelise the sugar.
  3. The pour in the espresso martini to extinguish the flame.
  4. Add in the coffee and layer the cream on top.
