Boadicea® Gin - Herbal Gimlet
Taking the local Sandringham Estate for inspiration, we wanted to make a garden-themed version of a classic drink, so came up with our version of a gimlet with extra herbal flavours.
Ingredients
- 45ml Boadicea Gin - Classic
- 10 Mint Leaves
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 7.5ml Sugar Syrup
- 2.5ml Green Chartreuse
Directions
- Muddle the mint and then add the other ingredients and shake with ice.
- Fine-strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with more mint.
