Boadicea® Gin - Herbal Gimlet
Taking the local Sandringham Estate for inspiration, we wanted to make a garden-themed version of a classic drink, so came up with our version of a gimlet with extra herbal flavours.
Ingredients
45ml Boadicea Gin - Classic
10 Mint Leaves
15ml Lime Juice
7.5ml Sugar Syrup
2.5ml Green Chartreuse
Method
Muddle the mint and then add the other ingredients and shake with ice.
Fine-strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish with more mint.
