Coffee and tequila go brilliantly together, so creating this caffeinated version of a Margarita was an easy-win. Enjoy.
Ingredients
45ml Tequila Blanco
25ml Wild Knight® Espresso Martini
20ml Lime Juice
15ml Triple Sec
Method
Rim a rocks glass with salt, fill with ice and set aside.
Shake the ingredients with ice and then strain into the glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
