Boadicea® Gin - Classic - Blackberry Sling
A long, fruity drink bursting with berry flavour, given an extra herbal note kick thanks to the addition of some muddled rosemary.
Ingredients
- 10 Blackberries
- 1 Sprig Rosemary
- 60ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 30ml Sugar Syrup
- Soda Water
Directions
- Muddle the blackberries and rosemary together in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Remove the rosemary, and add ice and Boadicea® gin, lime juice and syrup.
- Stir and then top with the soda water.
- Garnish with more blackberries and a fresh sprig of rosemary.
