Boadicea® Gin - Classic - Blackberry Sling
A long, fruity drink bursting with berry flavour, given an extra herbal note kick thanks to the addition of some muddled rosemary.
Ingredients
10 Blackberries
1 Sprig Rosemary
60ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
30ml Lime Juice
30ml Sugar Syrup
Soda Water
Method
Muddle the blackberries and rosemary together in the bottom of a highball glass.
Remove the rosemary, and add ice and Boadicea® gin, lime juice and syrup.
Stir and then top with the soda water.
Garnish with more blackberries and a fresh sprig of rosemary.
