Boadicea® Gin - Classic - Queen's Jubilee Martini
Created by Simon Difford especially to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, this is a three-equal parts Perfect Martini (otherwise known as a ‘Queen’) but with sweet Vermouth swapped out in favour of Dubonnet, which is said to be Her Majesty’s favourite tipple.
Ingredients
- 30ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
- 30ml Dry Vermouth
- 30ml Dubonnet
Directions
- Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe.
- Garnish with olives.
