Boadicea® Gin - Classic - Wink
A gin variation on the classic Sazerac, created in 2002 by Tony Conigliaro.
Ingredients
- 15ml Absinthe
- 60ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
- 7.5ml Cointreau
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Directions
- Pour the absinthe in an ice-filled glass, top with chilled water and set aside.
- Shake the rest of the ingredients with ice.
- Ditch the contents of the glass (absinthe, ice and water) and then strain the mixture in.
