  • 15ml Absinthe
  • 60ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
  • 7.5ml Cointreau
  • 5ml Sugar Syrup
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters


  1. Pour the absinthe in an ice-filled glass, top with chilled water and set aside.
  2. Shake the rest of the ingredients with ice.
  3. Ditch the contents of the glass (absinthe, ice and water) and then strain the mixture in.
