Boadicea® Gin - Classic - Southside Fizz
Adapted from the Mint Julep, this refreshing tall drink became popular during Prohibition.
Ingredients
- 6 Mint Leaves
- 60ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- Soda Water
Directions
- Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of a shaker and then add the gin, lemon juice, lime juice and syrup and shake with ice.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with more ice, top with soda and garnish with more mint.
