Wild Knight® English Vodka - Honey Vodka Collins
A simple summer sipper made even more delicious with the addition of honey.
Ingredients
- 2 tsps Honey
- 60ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- Soda Water
Directions
- Stir the honey in the vodka until dissolved, then add the lemon juice and shake with ice.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with more ice and top with the soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
