Wild Knight® English Vodka - Honey Vodka Collins
A simple summer sipper made even more delicious with the addition of honey.
Ingredients
2 tsps Honey
60ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
30ml Lemon Juice
Soda Water
Method
Stir the honey in the vodka until dissolved, then add the lemon juice and shake with ice.
Strain into a highball glass filled with more ice and top with the soda water.
Garnish with a lemon slice.
