Wild Knight® Blackberry and Violet Sour
This flavour-pairing was inspired by a dessert menu. I used the Wild Knight® English Vodka here because of its versatility allowing both strong flavours to balance out, but it would work equally well with the Boadicea® Gin - Classic.
Ingredients
3 Blackberries
50ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
25ml Lemon Juice
12ml Sugar Syrup
6ml Violet Liqueur
Egg White
Method
Muddle the blackberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Wild Knight cocktail shakers available on the Gifts section of our website.
Add the other ingredients and shake, first without ice and then again with ice.
Strain into a lowball glass filled with more ice.
Garnish with more blackberries.
