This is our sweet, flavoursome take on an Espresso Martini cocktail.

Adapted from a recipe created at Huber’s in Portland, Oregon and recently featured in Imbibe Magazine, this riff on an Irish Coffee is tricky to pull off but worth it. The punchy alcohol and strong coffee complement each other as they get smoothed out by the cream top.

Coffee is such a strong, bold flavour that can be easily introduced into other strong, bold drinks. Here we wanted to pair the Espresso Martini with its namesake ultra premium English vodka, so came up with this Negroni riff where the coffee is well balanced between the bitterness of the campari and the sweetness of the vermouth.
