Wild Knight® Espresso Martini - Sour
Coffee and lemon don’t seem like natural bedfellows, so this one can be a bit polarising, but the sweetness of the liqueur off-sets the sour citrus and you’re left with a complex flavour with added zing.
Ingredients
- 60ml Wild Knight Espresso Martini
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- Egg White
Directions
- Shake all ingredients, first without ice and then again with ice.
- Strain into a coupe and garnish with lemon peel.
