An established riff on the Aviation cocktail, the Creme de Cassis adds an extra dimension and lends the drink some visual excitement (although it’s better stirred in before drinking!)

Ingredients

60ml Boadicea® Gin - Spiced
15ml Maraschino Liqueur
15ml Lemon Juice
Egg White
10ml Creme de Cassis

Method

Shake the first four ingredients with ice and strain into a Martini glass.
Pour in the Creme de Cassis and it should sink right to the bottom.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
