Ingredients
  1. 60ml Boadicea® Gin - Spiced
  2. 15ml Maraschino Liqueur
  3. 15ml Lemon Juice
  4. Egg White
  5. 10ml Creme de Cassis

Method

  1. Shake the first four ingredients with ice and strain into a Martini glass.
  2. Pour in the Creme de Cassis and it should sink right to the bottom.
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
