  • 60ml Boadicea Rosa Gin
  • 25ml Single Cream
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 10ml Grenadine
  • Egg White
  • Soda Water


  1. Shake the first seven ingredients first without ice and then with ice.
  2. Then strain two-thirds of the mix into a highball glass at the same time as pouring in the soda water.
  3. Leave to settle for a minute and then pour in the rest of the mix.
  4. The foam should be thick and rise out of the glass like a soufflé.
  5. Garnish with raspberries.
