Ingredients60ml Boadicea Rosa Gin25ml Single Cream15ml Lemon Juice15ml Lime Juice15ml Vanilla Syrup10ml GrenadineEgg WhiteSoda WaterMethodShake the first seven ingredients first without ice and then with ice.Then strain two-thirds of the mix into a highball glass at the same time as pouring in the soda water.Leave to settle for a minute and then pour in the rest of the mix.The foam should be thick and rise out of the glass like a soufflé.Garnish with raspberries.
