Bubbly drinks are a must for New Year’s Eve parties and this sweetened, earthy sparkling cocktail is a real crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
30ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
15ml Honey Syrup
Prosecco
Method
Stir the Honey Syrup in the Gin at the bottom of a champagne flute until it dissolves.
Top up the mixture with the Prosecco and garnish with a hulled Strawberry with a sprig of Mint poking through it.
