Such a simple but delicious cocktail that seems impressive because Basil is such an underused cocktail ingredient.
Ingredients
12 Basil Leaves
60ml Boadicea Classic Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
10 Sugar Syrup
Method
Muddle the Basil leaves gently and then add the other ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with a sprig of Basil.
