Boadicea® Gin - Gin Basil Smash
Such a simple but delicious cocktail that seems impressive because Basil is such an underused cocktail ingredient.
Ingredients
- 12 Basil Leaves
- 60ml Boadicea Classic Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 10 Sugar Syrup
Directions
- Muddle the Basil leaves gently and then add the other ingredients and shake with ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with a sprig of Basil.
